Carbonate, the HR application that we all know and love now comes new and improved!
Significant additions and improvements have been made to components of the application.
This series of blog posts covers these updates and today’s blog post will guide you through some of the hot new features of the Attendance section of the Carbonate application.
This one’s for you dear users. We know that managing your payments and subscriptions for using the application/platform should be the last thing on your mind. This is why your new Carbonate comes with a shiny new Payment module upgrade. After all, what good is an awesome HR application if you run out of juice while focusing on running your organisation and your staff/team members?
Because paying bills is just one of those things
Log in to your shiny, new Carbonate application and navigate over to the 'Settings' menu item.
Click on 'Billing' and you'll see that you now have the ability to manage different aspects of paying for your Carbonate usage.
The current plan you are using will be displayed and important details such as 'Account user limit' and 'Subscription price' highlighted.
Carbonate should run as the backbone of your organisation's HR processes and as such, having your plan discontinued for something as simple (and silly) as forgetting to pay your bill is not fun and can have serious consequences when it comes to keeping your organisation running smoothly.
We've, therefore, made it a point to keep important components of your billing cycle visible, with online payment and the ability to set up auto-payment for your month to a month subscription plan.
We want to make enjoying Carbonate as simple as possible for you and this is why we've now given you an upfront view of your next payment due date and automated reminders for dues.
The number of users you have using Carbonate, as well as the rate per user per month, can be managed and by putting how you want to use Carbonate in your hands, you get to control how many accounts you wish to create on Carbonate and pay accordingly.
When it comes to keeping track of your organisation's finances, we know what accounting departments can be like and this is why we've also included record keeping of your Carbonate payment history.
A smarter HR system for a smarter business: Carbonate helps you keep track of attendance and leaves in your company, and keeps you connected to your staff with its built-in broadcasting and promotion messaging tool. Its employee profiles and HR leave management system meet MOM 2016 Employment Act Amendment requirements. Click here to find out more.
