How to change the staff status to resigned

The guide shows how to change the status of your resigned staff.

Please login to carbonate with your credentials.

Step 1:

Go to Staff list on the left-side menu.

Step 2:

Select the staff you wish to change the status.

Step 3:

In the General tab, look for Status and change the status to Resigned.

Step 4:

Now scroll down and click on “Save” button.

Note:- Changes made under the “General tab” will only be saved when the “Save” button within the General tab is clicked.

Step 5:

In the employment tab kindly enter the resigned date & last working date of the user.

Step 6:

Scroll down and click save.

Once the status change to resigned user will not be reflecting under the active staff list.
