Create A New Announcement

With the Carbonate HR announcement module, you can easily send out a communication to employees.  Whether you want to publish it now or at a later time, you can easily create and publish a new announcement from our communication module.

When creating a new announcement, you must determine the recipient.  Recipients can be the following: 

  • Outlet
  • Department
  • Citizenship type
  • Skills Set
  • Employees

Refer to the following user guides that will guide you in adding the recipients:

 

Step 1

On the dashboard, go to the Communication section.

Go to the Announcement tab.

Step 2

Click on the Create button at the top right corner.

Step 3

Fill out all the required information on the pop-up page for Create new announcement.

 

Step 4. Save as Draft

Click the Save as a Draft button if you want to save the announcement without sending it to recipients.

 

 

Step 5. Publish Announcement

Click the Send button to publish the announcement.
