Setting the employees approaching confirmation date

If you wish to set the alert preferences for employees approaching the confirmation date, you could just do these simple steps:

Please check if you have logged in to Carbonate before making the changes in alert settings.

Also, before making the changes kindly make sure the staff is added in Carbonate.

Step 1

Go to Settings on the left side of the menu.

Step 2

Choose More and click Alerts on drop down menu.

Step 3

Choose your Yes or No preference to have an alert on staff approaching the confirmation date.

You can also choose the different groups of users to whom to receive this alert.

Also can add the number of days before the confirmation days alert should be triggered by the system.
