How to Mark a User as Blacklisted at the Time of Separation ?
Marking an employee as blacklisted at the time of separation helps maintain discipline and prevents reactivation or rehiring of individuals separated due to misconduct, policy violations, or poor performance.
Steps to Mark a User as Blacklisted:
Select any one of the following options: Resigned, Suspended, Terminated, Service Notice, or Inactive.
Mark the user as blacklisted (if required) in the dialog.
Note: You can also add remarks, which will display below a warning prompt if the admin attempts to rejoin a separated user who was previously marked as blacklisted.
These remarks will also appear in the employee’s Career Progression tab for future reference.
This is how the warning prompt is displayed when an admin attempts to rejoin the same user again.
