How to Perform Attendance in a Mobile App?

Checking in and out in Carbonate Mobile App is a simple "One Touch" system. 

If you are not within the premises of your outlet, you will be prompted with a message informing you that you are not in the acceptable range to check-in. Distance from your outlet will also be displayed on your screen.

Once you have checked in at work, Carbonate will notify your reporting manager.

Step 1:

Download the Carbonate HR app from Google Play Store or from App Store.

Step 2:

Login to Carbonate App

Reporting manager or  HR will provide the login details.

Once you have it, you may now use the Username and Password, then tap Log In.

Should you have trouble logging in or you forgot the password, click here to reset your password.

Step 3:

When performing the attendance, tap the Check-In button.

If you are not within the outlet premises, you will be prompted with a message informing you that you are not in the acceptable range to check-in.

Distance from your outlet will also be displayed on your screen.

If you are an Admin or with Admin privilege, you can set up the company outlets location visibility either by outlet radius or a distance.

Step 4:

When you need to check out from work, tap the Check-Out button.

Again, if you are not within the premises of your outlet or workplace, you will be prompted a message informing you that you are not in the acceptable range to check-in.

Distance from your outlet will also be displayed on your screen
