Make the Useable Leave Balance Visible to the Employee

Before setting up the visibility of the useable leave balance, the leave type must be created. Please make sure that the Staff leave privileges are updated.

Only the Admin and Managers with Leave privileges are allowed to make these settings.  Please logged in using an Admin or Managers with Leave privileges account.

Step 1.

Go to the Settings section.  Click on the Leave/Holiday tab.

Step 2.

On the Leave Settings, choose the leave types.  Click Edit.

Step 3.

Scroll down to the Leave type details.  On a “Show only useable balance to staff?”, click the Yes button respectively. 

Then, click Save.

Step 4.

On the Staff’s dashboard, click on the Personal leave balance.  It shows the useable leave balance.
